Phillip Dunn, 701 San Jacinto St., thanked Council and City Staff for their attention to the parking <br />issues at Lighthouse Baptist Church and asked Council to require La Porte Independent School <br />District to hire resources to monitor parking on San Jacinto St. and G Street to eliminate parking on <br />the church parking lot during events. <br /> Justin Surginer had signed in, but he declined to speak. <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA (All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be <br />enacted by one motion. Broadway – <br />C. Alexander <br />Councilmember Engelken made a motion to approve Consent Agenda Items pursuant to staff <br />recommendations. Councilmember Leonard seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED <br />UNANIMOUSLY 8/0. Councilmember Zemanek was absent. <br />7. REPORTS <br />(a)Receive report for ONE Solution program transition under contract with SunGard Public <br />Sector, Inc. – M. Dolby <br />Senior Systems Administrator Ruston Royall presented a summary and update. <br /> Councilmember Leonard asked Mr. Royall how he feels as far as progression since February and <br />whether they would meet the deadline. Mr. Royall responded they will be cutting it close. <br />Councilmember Earp requested Staff to provide the cost for operating, simultaneously, ONE <br />Solution and Naviline. <br />Council directed Staff that if it is time to go live with the Finance part of ONE Solution, to wait until <br />nd <br />after the May 22 Council meeting. <br />8. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />th <br />City Manager Alexander reminded everyone about the 125 Celebration activities. <br />9.
