Mr. <br />Patel responded six. <br /> <br />Leslie Guzman, 3102 Woodland Court, addressed Council and informed she knows of residents <br />who are opposed to the hotel. <br /> <br />Veronica Minor, 428 S. Nugent, addressed Council in favor of the hotel. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kaminski asked Mr. Patel if he conducted a traffic study before purchasing the <br />property. Mr. Patel responded no. <br /> <br />With no additional public comments, the public hearing was closed at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Engelken made a motion to accept the recommendation by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and deny zone change request #18-910000010.
