CITIZENCOMMENT(Generally limited to five minutes per person; in accordance with state law, the time may be reduced <br />if there is a high number of speakers or other considerations.) <br />Rod Powell requested a local park be named in memory of former Councilperson Tommy Moser, perhaps the property <br />next to Seabreeze Park, with similar amenities, funded by plant donations. Barbara Norwine expressed displeasure <br />about young people on local roadwayson ATVs/four wheelers. She also said thatshe had observed inefficiencies in <br />City household trash pickup in theLobit areaand shared that mowing crews were passing over weeds when heavy <br />trash has been put out, asked that standing water at Main and Lobit be addressed, and announced that the San Jacinto <br />Monument would be holding a veterans observance in November. Philip Dunnasked for clarification of statements <br />about Councilpersons made at the last meetingand read from Proverbsand Ecclesiastes. <br />5.CONSENTAGENDA(Approval of Consent Agenda items authorizes each to be implemented in accordance with staff <br />recommendations provided.
