Main St. and S. Utah St, legally described as Lots 1-27, Block 184, Town of La Porte, by <br />changing the land use designation from - <br />discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2021-3837 amending the City's Future Land Use Map <br />Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 2.1-acre tract of land located at the <br />northwest corner of E. The <br />Mayor closed the public hearing at 6:38 p.m. No motion was made and the item was not considered. <br /> <br />b. The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2021-3834 amending the Code of Ordinances of <br />- 92000001, a change from General <br />Commercial (GC) to Medium Density Residential (R-2) for a 2.1-acre tract of land located at the northwest <br />corner of E. Main St. and S.
