Phillip Hoot offered a remark about item 4a. 4.CONSIDERATION OF COUNCILPERSON ABSENCES a.Presentation, discussion, and possible action to consider classification of absence of CouncilpersonsMandi Williams and Brandon Lunsford fromthe December 13, 2021, City Council meeting, under the City Council Attendance Policy. \[Louis R.
