Receive report of the La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors meeting. \[Mayor <br />Pro Tem Engelken\] <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Engelken reported the Board met, approved the expenditure of $33,000.00 in the <br />Fiscal Year 2023-2024 La Porte Development Corporation budget to fund a one-year agreement <br />between the City of La Porte, Texas, and The Retail Coach, LLC for recruitment and development <br />services, opened a 60-day public comment period for a potential project of the La Porte <br />Development Corporation to promote new or expanded business enterprises at 114 W. Main St., <br />La Porte, Texas, to be known as Round Table Pizza Royalty, through an incentive payment up to <br />a $217,800.00, and received a briefing on the update to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />8.
