B512-00-00-00-E001 Tributary and Conveyance Improvements on Brookglen area <br />Detention Basin Update <br /> Expecting 50% design submittal at the end of March. <br /> Working to submit street closure permit to City of La Porte this month. <br />Demo Update <br /> Four properties are scheduled for demolition. Funding request has been submitted <br />so I would expect a time frame of 2-ith our staff to get this <br />date pushed up. Once I have an exact date, I will share it with you and the HOA <br />Board. I plan on being out at the site myself when the homes are demolished. <br /> We plan to board up the Brookglen homes next week to prevent vandalism <br /> <br />2. B112-00-00-G001 Brookglen Subdivision Drainage Improvements <br /> Project cost $11M (HCFCD partnering at 50%) <br />th <br /> ILA was approved on Jan 25 CC <br /> Next Step: Schedule Monthly Progress meeting and request contribution. <br /> <br />3. F101-06-00-E002 Partnership Project with La Porte to reduce flooding <br /> Updated PER is underway ,30% Design drawings have been completed <br /> Non- Intrusive survey letters sent to adjacent property owners <br /> Next step: Final PER is in comment review, SUE effort underway to address <br />pipeline issues <br /> <br /> <br />
