C St. The site is <br />currently undeveloped. <br />Background Information: <br />The property is currently undeveloped. The owner of the property would like to change <br />th <br />the zoning to GC, which would match the zoning of the adjacent property along S. 16 <br />St.also owned by the applicant. The applicant plans to move the construction <br />th <br />business to the parcel along S. 16 St. and would like to change the adjacent zoning for <br />future expansion purposes. <br />The attached Exhibit B shows the zoning of the subject property and surrounding <br />properties.
