Either party may cancel this agreement by providing 120 days advance <br /> notice, as provided in Paragraph A -IV hereof. This agreement shall automatically renew on a <br /> month -to -month basis if not previously canceled by either party before the end of the Primary <br /> Term. Either part may cancel this agreement during any month -to -month renewal term by <br /> giving 30 days written notice to the other party. This agreement supersedes any prior <br /> agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof. <br />
