Describe how you are currently compliant with HIPAA and identify theft protection? <br />EMERGICON billing and collection services are fully compliant with the Consumer Credit Protection <br />Act, Texas Debt Collection Act, Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and all other laws <br />applicable to this type of activity.
