EMS Billing Services <br />City of La Porte RFP #20510 <br />For additional details, please refer to our Certificate of Liability Insurance in the RequiredSubmittals <br />section beginning on page 66. <br />4.Implementation Schedule <br />Describe your implementation schedule and provide a timeline that would include a start date of <br />January 1, 2021. <br />complete the transition and assume full <br />responsibility for your EMS billing services within 4560 days. We anticipate beginningthe process in <br />mid-November in order to meet your target start date of January 1, 2021. <br />Onboarding <br />Onboarding begins as soon as contracts are signed and executed. EMERGICON provides all new <br />clients with a Client Success Manager,who will work with you and guide you through the onboarding <br />process. The Client Success Manager will continue to serve asa liaison between you and <br />EMERGICON throughout the engagement. <br />Training Provided: <br />ESO setup and use (provided by ESO Support) <br />Who to call at EMERGICON <br />What to expect in the first 90 days <br />First 30 Days <br />billing process. Your Client Success Manager will be in regular contact to answer any questions that <br />may arise. <br />Training Provided: <br />How to read your end-of-month reports <br />How to use ShareFile to send andreceive <br />HIPAA-sensitive information <br />How to access your daily run data <br />Additional training sessions will be madeavailable as <br />needed. <br />Beyond the First 30 Days <br />After 30 days with EMERGICON,you will have access to extensive end-of-month reports that cover <br />your full billing income and claims. We will continually review and analyze your finances to ensure <br />youare optimizing your claims and reimbursement capability. <br />EMERGICON maintains a finger on the pulse of EMS industry news and changes. We may reach out <br />to you with news and updates that can negatively orpositively affect your business. You will always <br />haveaccess to the management team within EMERGICON. <br />Training Provided: <br />We routinely reach out to clients to ensure there are no outstanding questions or concerns. We offer <br />additional training and resources for our clients as needed at no additional cost.We are prepared to <br />that we provide up to three days (24 hours total) of training per calendar <br />55 <br />Confidential & Proprietary <br /> <br />
