Describe how customer payments are received and how disbursements are to be handled. <br />We will receive customer payments and handle disbursements <br />preferences. If desired, EMERGICON will provide a lockbox for this purpose. All patients have access <br />to view their balance and make online payments at any time through a web portal. Other payment <br />options include a check, credit card, telephone payment, mailed-in payment, or walk-in payment <br />to agree to a mutually acceptable solution to resolve their bill. <br />26. Describe how data is backed up and how the backups aretest (recovery testing). <br />EMERGICON maintains our own primary server infrastructure, as well as the location. The building in <br />which the servers are housed isa secure-access facility, and the server room itself is secured <br />separately with limited access. EMERGICON utilizes modern, on-premise backup technology for <br />rapid recovery. For disaster recovery, we utilize nightly cloud backups and virtualization technology in <br />the event of an area-wide disaster. EMERGICON also has a documented and audited Disaster <br />Recovery plan for use in the event of a natural disaster. <br />Data is backed up locally and incrementally every 15minutes,using a third-party application <br />(Veeam). Full backups are performed daily, as are offsite backups. <br />Disaster recovery testing includes quarterly restores to development sources in accordance with the <br />disaster recovery plan. <br />27. Detail your technical support capabilities and response times to problems. <br />EMERGICON aims to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. We provide customer support <br />as described in response to Question 17. We use Freshdeskcustomer service software to address <br />any technical problems with the portal, but in general,there is no need for technical support. <br />29. Do you have Errors and Omissions Liability coverage? If so describe your coverage limits. <br />Yes.
