Brookglen Stormwater Detention Basin <br />Traffic Impact Study <br />3.2.1 Existing Conditions <br />Utilizing traffic count data, the existing intersection traffic volumes were balanced for AM and PM <br />peak hours. Using Synchro analysis, LOS was determined during weekday AM and PM peak <br />hours for all study intersections. Traffic delays, v/c ratio, and LOS during weekday AM and PM <br />peak hours for Existing Conditions are summarized in Table 4. All study intersections are <br />operating at acceptable LOS B or better. Figure 5 shows the existing lane configurations and <br />Figure 6 shows weekday AM and PM peak hours traffic volumes along with LOS.
