After this <br />period, staff will bring the list forward for final approval by the Board. <br />The discussed list of approved CIP projects are as follows: <br />2021-22 Fiscal Year <br />• Downtown Lighting & Enhancements - $150,000 <br />• Enhancement Grant Program - $100,000 <br />• Fairmont Park Splash Pad (1/3 Funding) - $200,000 <br />• Dog Park at Fairmont Park - $212,275 <br />• Broadway Street Trail Lighting Phase II - $ 390,156 <br />• Signage Project Phase I - $350,000 <br />• Fairmont Park Improvements (Exercise Shade Structure) - $52,600 <br />• Pecan Park Parking Lot Improvements - $336,000 <br />• Total Projects - $1,791,031 <br />Staff request the LPDC Board to approve staff to publicly post the above projects in the <br />Bay Area Observer on Thursday, October 7t" to begin the 60-day comment period for <br />these projects. December 6t" will be the 60t" day; therefore, staff will schedule a public <br />hearing on December 13t" prior to the La Porte Drainage & Flooding Committee <br />meeting to finalize this process in order for these projects to be funded. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY LPDC BOARD <br />
