To the extent that the zoning ordinance for the City of La Porte has been or is amended, after <br />the date Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU06-006 was first adopted, to modify, eliminate or replace the <br />permitted uses or the districts described in this exhibit, this exhibit controls unaffected by any such change. <br /> <br />
