ATTACHMENTA <br />Off Premises Signs <br />An additional permitted use shall be SIC Manual Major Group 30 (Rubber and Misc. <br />Plastics Products) <br />In Reserve “A” labeled Rail/Warehouse on the General Plan, all uses permitted in the City of La <br />Porte Zoning Ordinance Use Chart effective on September 11, 2006, under LI (indicated with a <br />“P”) are permitted here with the exception of: <br />Building Construction – General Contractors and Special Trade Contractors (152-161, <br />171-179) <br />Automotive Repair Services (751-754) <br />Outdoor Sales as a Primary or Accessory Use <br />Outdoor Storage as a Primary or Accessory Use, including any storage of Shipping <br />Containers <br />General Contractors, Heavy Construction (161, 162, 1541) <br />Manufacturing of Chemicals and Allied Products (282-285) <br />Off Premises Signs <br />An additional permitted use shall be SIC Manual Major Group 30 (Rubber and Misc. <br />Plastics Products) <br />Additional permitted uses are certain HI uses permitted in the City of La Porte Zoning <br />Ordinance associated with rail services such as: <br />A rail yard with a maximum of 22 rail lines is permitted. <br />Rail service to and distribution from warehouses proposed; <br />Rail service to light manufacturing not otherwise exempted herein. <br /> <br />
