Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />August 25, 2016 <br />Goebel Garage Variance <br />Background Information: <br />The sites are currently zoned R-1, Low-Density Residential. The subject site currently has one-story <br />house on it. P) <br />Applicable Code Provisions: <br />Section 106-741, stipulates general provisions as they relate to accessory buildings. The Board is authorized to grant a variance when the Board finds that a number of <br />criteria are met.
