Fences, Shrubs, and Natural Barriers <br />Observations: <br />Along the south wall of city hall are several shrubs and plants which are there for decorative and <br />landscaping value. There are more shrubs and plants on the east side of the main entrance walkway. <br />Recommendation: <br />Minimum: Keep shrubs trimmed away fromthe exterior wall of city hall to discourage someone from <br />hiding between this area. <br />Consider trimming shrubs and plants so that they are at least eight inches below the windows. These <br />windows were closed by blinds on the day of inspection, so this may not be a benefit or not.
