<br />establishedthereinandbeyondwhicharesubjecttochangewithoutnotice.litigationthusdefendedorofwhichitmayhavehadnoticeand

<br />6.SCHEDULE:Deliverydatesshallbeinterpretedasestimatedandinnoauthorities.
<br />15.SHORTAGES:AllclaimsbytheBuyerforshortagesmustbemadein
<br />strikes,labordifficulties,fires,actsofgovernmentormilitaryforces,writingtotheSellerwithinthirty(30)daysaftershipmentorwithten
<br />transportation,procurementoranyothercausebeyondthereasonable(10)daysafterreceiptbytheBuyer,whicheverfirstoccurs.

<br />upontenderofdeliveryF.O.B.manufacturingfacilityunlessotherwiseuse,operationandothermattersbeyondthecontroloftheSellercannot
<br />agreeduponbytheparties,exceptthatasecurityinterestintheEquipmentbeassumedbytheSellerastoresponsibilityforcompliancewithsuch
<br />shallremainwiththeSeller,regardlessofmodeofattachmenttorealtyorlawsandregulation,orotherStateandLocallawsandregulation,whether
<br />otherproperty,untilfullpaymenthasbeenmadetherefore.Buyeragreesbywayofindemnity,warrantyorotherwise.
