Plant Manner — Joe Walaszek <br />The Plant Manager oversees all aspects of our industrial plant. He: is responsible for production flow, <br />wastewater management, safety, and leads partners to prepare products for delivery to our customers. The <br />Plant Manager is in charge of monitoring cleaning quality, timely processing, maintaining stock room <br />inventory, inspection, repair of garments, and ordering products for our deliveries. <br />Joe is the most experienced partner in our location. He has been with Cintas for 32 years. He started his <br />journey with Cintas in 1987 as a route assistant in Chicago. With his hard work and dedication, he was <br />promoted through numerous positions throughout the country such as SSR, Stockroom Supervisor, and <br />Assistant Plant Manager. In 2013, he became the Plant Manager for our Southeast Houston location. <br />• 32 -year Cintas partner <br />• 'Service Sales Representative: 1987-1988 <br />• Supervisor Assistant: 1988-1989 <br />• Supervisor: 1989-1997 <br />• Stockroom Supervisor: 1997 <br />• Production & Interim Plant Manager: 1997-2006 <br />• Field Service Representative Millennium Mats/Cintas: 2009-2011 <br />• Plant Manager: 2011 -Present <br />Branch Manager — Stephen F9_jt <br />The Branch Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations to help drive profitable growth through new <br />business sales and customer retention. By offering additional products and services, throughout our team of <br />Service Sales Representatives (SERs), the branch increases value for our existing customers. This position <br />also focuses on reducing maintenance costs by streamlining production efficiencies and implementing <br />improvement ideas. <br />Stephen started out as a SSR in 2001. With dedication in his work, he was promoted to Service Supervisor <br />in 2002, followed by Service Manager in 2005. Stephen became a Branch Manager in 2008 and has <br />helped the location grow at a minimum of 5% per year for each of the last 10 years. <br />• Service Sales Representative (SSR): 2001 <br />• Service Supervisor: 2002-2005 <br />• Service Manager: 2005-2008 <br />• Branch Manager: 2008 -Present <br />Service Managers — Dylan Brock <br />Service Managers oversee the daily deliveries and interactions with all of our customers and serve as an <br />additional point of contact for all our local customers. Our Service Managers are focused primarily on <br />customer satisfaction through our delivery system. <br />Our Service Manager Dylan Brock is a 4 -year Cintas partner. He started as a Management Trainee in <br />2015.
