services agreement for preliminary engineering and final design efforts prior to applying <br />for partnership funding, so Harris County partnership funds will not be utilized for those <br />associated expenses. The total overall cost share equates to a 61/39 split or <br />$4,462,940.37/$2,873,518.37 for the City and County, respectively. <br /> <br />Benefits: <br /> Project reduces flood risks within the Bayside Terrace Subdivision. <br /> <br /> Project addresses recommended drainage improvement identified in 2008 <br />City-wide Drainage Report. <br /> Project identified in Hazard Mitigation Action Plan. <br /> <br />Liabilities: <br /> City would totally fund the project. <br /> <br />The Drainage Committee is expected to discuss this item at the October 11, 2021 <br />meeting and provide a recommendation to City Council at the time of the October 11, <br />2021 City Council meeting.
