Staff mailed twenty (20) public notices to property owners located within 200 feet of the <br />subject property. Staff has not received any returned comment sheets to date. <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this item at their January <br />20, 2022 regular meeting. The Commission voted on a motion to recommend approval <br />of the SCUP request, as presented with the three (3) conditions.
