Currently, the system is comprised <br />of 12 sirens located throughout the area that are tested every Saturday <br />at noon. <br />CAER Line. The Community Awareness Emergency Response (CAER) <br /> <br />telephone system provides information about plant activities for <br />emergency and non-emergency messages. <br />Connect-CTY. Connect-CTY is the City latest system that allows the City <br /> <br />to contact citizens with important information by phone, email, and text <br />message. <br />Radio Station AM 830.
