<br />Plan Update: <br /> <br />It is now time to perform an update of the Northside Neighborhood Plan, which is almost 10 <br />years old document. During this 10 years period, there have been significant changes and other <br />major activities occurred in and around the Northside neighborhood. In addition, the Northside <br />Neighborhood Plan, adopted in 2000, is a separate document that could undergo a review <br />alongside the Comprehensive Plan update. The Northside Neighborhood Plan could be <br />incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan under a new chapter, if Council so desires. <br />
