The City Manager shall have final approval of <br />such recommendation( s). <br /> <br />SECTION 5 - ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />While every effort is made to make this policy manual comprehensive, it is not possible to <br />include all details and possible' exceptions to general rules. Final authority in the form of <br />review and approval is reserved by the City Manager with regard to all matters of subjects <br />covered by these policies. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 - PUBLIC ACCESS TO PROCUREMENT INFORMATION <br /> <br />Procurement information shall be a public record to the extent provided in Title 110A, <br />Article 6252-172, of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and shall be <br />available to the public as provided in such statute. <br /> <br />2 <br />
