The objective for Phase II will be to document the performance of the wetland to ensure that the standards are maintained over a two-year period. During Phase ll, the marsh will be monitored annually, at the end of the growing season. If Performance Criteria are maintained at the conclusion of Phase II, the marsh project will be certified as complete. End of the Vt Phase II Growing Season The first Phase II monitoring event will be conducted at the end of the first Phase II growing season. The monitoring will be a quantitative inspection, similar to the inspection conducted at the end of Phase I, to document maintenance of performance standards. If performance standards have been maintained at the end of the second Phase II Monitoring event (2 years after performance standards were met) the monitoring report will serve as the final Phase II report.
