Infiltration/inflow problem. <br />2. Desire to clarify installation criteria for <br />each product. (time -life consideration) <br />(design, installation and performance of <br />buried conduits). <br />3. Need to analyze cost-effectiveness of each <br />system. <br />4. Need for a strictly technical presentation <br />of the merit of each producer's product. <br />(i.e. No sales pitches). <br />• Whys <br />1.. To make it possible for review personnel to be <br />knowledgeable about all products and not in- <br />fluenced by advertising, heresay or sales <br />promotions. <br />2.
