The first report will be <br />. • submitted at the end of the first full calendar month subsequent to receipt of <br />notice to proceed. <br />3. DRAFT REPORT <br />Upon completion of the Scope of Services (Article II, Tasks One through <br />Nine) of the work program, the Consultant will submit ten (10) copies of the draft <br />report to the City. The City shall forward four (4) copies to the SDHPT Office of <br />Traffic Safety for review, comment, and approval, and all review comments <br />shall be furnished to the Consultant within sixty (60) days after receipt by the City <br />of the draft report. Each draft and final report will include a city street map <br />folded within the cover and a map indicating the federal-aid system as of the <br />printing date. <br />4. FINAL REPORTS <br />After review and approval of the draft report by the City and other agencies, <br />twenty-five (25) copies of the final report will be submitted to the City within <br />thirty (30) days. The City shall forward seven (7) copies to the SDHPT Office <br />of Traffic Safety immediately upon receipt of the final report from the Consultant. <br />5. COORDINATION <br />The Consultant will contact the District Engineer and a local office of <br />the SDHPT prior to beginning work and quarterly thereafter to provide liasion <br />between the State, the City and the Consultant. The District Engineer and the <br />local SDHPT office will be informed of the proposed recommendations to be <br />made to the City. Any differences of opinion will be reconciled prior to pre- <br />• sentation of the draft. report to the City. <br />ARTICLE V COMPENSATION <br />The Consultant shall be reimbursed for the performance of the work defined <br />in Article II, Scope of Services, the lump sum of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred <br />and Fifty Dollars ($13, 250). <br />• <br />-6- <br />
