Inventory of property <br />Each of the above groupings may be run in a different sequence. <br />Cost: We will charge l¢ per unit for each grouping sequence that <br />is-not geographical. <br />-The following is a list of material and service costs that are not <br />included in-your base price schedule. <br />• ~ I. PICKUP AND DELIVERIES <br />A. The "Base Rate" includes the delivery of your tax records. <br />B. The pickup can be accomplished one of the following ways: <br />1. Bus - no charge. <br />2.. Purolator - no .charge. <br />3. Ad Valorem Records pickup. If Ad Valorem Records is to <br />pickup, charge will be 15¢ per mile (round trip) and you <br />will be required to notify us one day in advance before <br />3:30 P. M.. <br />II. MATERIAL COSTS <br />All forms are part of the "Base Rate". <br />A. Work book binders - hardback ------- - $12 each. <br />B. Work book binders - softback ------- - $ 4 each. <br />C. Tax roll binders - hardback -----•--- - $14 each. <br />D. Tax roll binders - softback -------- - $ 6 each. <br />III. LABELS <br /> <br />A. Printed ---------- 3¢ each / $30 minimum. <br />B. B1anK ------------ 1¢ each. <br />IV. EXTRA WORK BOOKS, TAX ROLLS, INDEXES, AND DETAIL PROPERTY CODES LISTS <br />A. Additional copy at time of processing -- 1¢ per unit / $15 minimum. <br />B.
