TML, in a <br />memorandum dated March 16, subsequently invited all affected cities to con- <br />vene in Austin on March 23 to discuss what role the cities should play in the <br />SWB proceeding. - <br />Representatives from approximately 50 of the affected cities met yesterday and <br />appointed a steering committee to coordinate a consolidated effort on behalf of <br />cities served by SWB. The steering committee is -composed of the following <br />persons: <br />Bill Arnette, Administrative Assistant, San Antonio <br />R. H.
