<br />• <br />• CHAPTER 13 <br />PERSONNEL FILES AND REPORTS <br />Section 1. Personnel Files <br />The personnel coordinator shall maintain the official <br />personnel files for all City employees. Unless otherwise pro- <br />vided by law, personnel files and information shall be confi- <br />dential and may not be used or divulged for purposes unconnected <br />with the City personnel management system except with the per- <br />mission of the employees involved. Nothing herein shall prevent <br />the dissemination of impersonal statistical information. Em- <br />ployees shall have the right of reasonable inspection of their <br />official personnel file under procedures prescribed by the City <br />Administrator. <br />Section 2. Status Chances <br />Department heads shall report changes in personnel status <br />of their employees in accordance with procedures developed by <br />the City.Administrator. <br />• <br />• <br />28 <br />
