0 • • to annex to its territorial limits, at any date subsequent to the 1st day of April, 1984, an 80.8 acre, more or less, tract of land, more fully described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "E" attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, this contract and agreement between the cities of Pasadena, Texas, and La Porte, Texas: I. The City of La Porte, Texas,.shall have exclusive extraterritorial judisdiction over all land lying East and North of the line described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" hereof, said Exhibit "A" to be considered as fully incorporated herein. Consent and approval is hereby granted to the City of La Porte for the annexation by the City of La Porte, at any date subsequent to the 1st day of April, 1984, of that land described in Exhibit "E" attached hereto, and made a part hereof for all purposes. II. The City of Pasadena, Texas, shall have exclusive extraterritorial jurisdiction over all land lying West and South of the line described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" hereof, said • Exhibit "A" to be considered as fully incorporated herein. Consent • and approval is hereby granted to the City of Pasadena for the annexation by the City of Pasadena of that land described in Tract One, Two and Three, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B", "C", and "D", and made a part hereof for all purposes. This agreement shall, to the extent necessary, constitute also an agreement for the exchange of territory between the two cities hereto; provided, however, as to the land described in Exhibit "E" attached hereto, the City of Pasadena shall be entitled to retain all revenues derived from its industrial district agree- ment with Fr_iendswood Development Company as to such tract of land, Pg . 43
