<br />Peing a 0.3129 acre tract of land, more or less, out of Arthur
<br />I~~cCorrnick Survey, A-46 and out of the George Ross Survey, A-646, Harris
<br />County, Te}:as, said 0.3129 acre tract being a portion of -that certain
<br />3.0 acre tract as conveyed by Jeff E. Fleming, Trustee, to Texas Alklys,
<br />Inc., by deed dated May 19, 1959, and as recorded in Volume 3705, at
<br />Page 326 of the Harris County Deed Records and a portion of that certain
<br />12.779 acre tract as conveyed by Phillips Petroleum Company to Texas
<br />Alklys, Inc., by deed dated May 22, .1959, and as recorded in volume
<br />3712, at Page 95 of the Harris County Deed Records, said 0.3129 acre
<br />tract being ri~ore particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
<br />Commencing, for reference, at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid
<br />C 12.779 acre tract; said corner is located on the Southerly projection
<br />of the centerline of State High~:ay 134 and is N 2° 49' L9, a distance
<br />. of 63.41 feet from the most Northerly corner of the aforesaid 3.0 acre
<br />tract.
<br />Th~:nce, N 88° 06' 35" E; along the North boundary line of said
<br />Texas Alkl}'s, Inc., 12.779 acre tract; passing at 18.04 feet the East
<br />right-of-wa}~ line of State Highway 134; for a total distance of 121.00
<br />feet, more or less, to a point on the present City Limits Line of the
<br />City of La Porte.
<br />Ti~ence, along the present City Limits Line of the City of La Porte,
<br />100 feet East of and parallel to the East right-of-way line of State
<br />Hi~3hway 134; following a non-tangont curve to the right in a Southerly
<br />direction; said curve having central angle of 2° 30' 17", a radius of
<br />1,3?6.U0 feet and a long chord of 58.84 feet with a bearing of S 12°
<br />C 35' 47" W; for an arc distance of 58.84 feet.
