<br />Being a 0.097 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the Arthur
<br />ricCormick Survey, A-46, Harris County, Texas, said 0.097 acre tract
<br />being a portion of that certain 12.779 acre tract as conveyed by
<br />Phillips Petroleum Company to Texas Alklys, Inc., by deed dated Nay
<br />22, 1959, and recorded in Volume 37.12, at Page 95 of the Harris County
<br />Deed Records, said 0.097 acre tract being more particularly described
<br />by metes and bounds as follows:
<br />Commencing, for reference, at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid
<br />12.779 acre tract; said corner is located on the Southerly projection
<br />of the centerline of State Highway 134 and is N 2° 49' W, a distance
<br />of 63.41 feet from the most Northerly corner of a 3.0 acre tract of land
<br />described in the instrument recorded in Volume 3705, Page 326 of the H.C.D.R.
<br />Thence, N 88° 06' 35" E; along the North boundary line of said
<br />Texas Alklys, Inc., 12.779 acre tract; passing at 18.04 feet the East
