Casings <br />shall be installed by boring or jacking. It is the owner's <br />desire to minimi:e casings and therefore heavy wall pipe will be <br />• used in lieu of casing when permitted. In cases where open <br />cutting is performed, traffic will be maintained on the roadway. <br />
