r • <br />Exhibit B <br />Page 3 <br />r~ <br />U <br />Site Operation Plan <br />Prepare written plan to provide guidance to site management and <br />operating personnel in sufficient detail to enable them to conduct <br />operations in a manner consistent with the landfill design. <br />Design Data <br />Develop design data as required by TDH regulations, including land <br />use and access issues. <br />Engineering Considerations <br />In conjunction with the site design, address all engineering <br />considerations as required by TDH; e.g. site life calculation, soil <br />balance calculation, provisions for special waste, wet weather <br />operations, ground and surface water protection, etc. <br />Task 3400 Review Application with Texas Department of Health <br />Submit draft permit application to the TDH. <br />• Meet with TDH as required to answer questions and clarify the permit <br />application. <br />Prepare required revisions to permit application and make it <br />satisfactory and "technically complete" to TDH. <br />Print sufficient copies of the "technically complete" permit <br />application and submit to TDH. <br />HDR will assist and provide engineering testimony during the TDH <br />public hearing. - <br /> <br />
