Question: What are the parameters regarding file folders, <br />numeric versus alpha codes; must we use existing supplies, <br />will new folders, coded labels, etc. be ordered to accommodate <br />a new system? <br />Response: Proper supplies will be ordered to accommodate the <br />needs of your organization in creating a suitable filing <br />system. We do however, request that the existing lateral <br />filing cabinets be utilized. <br />10. Question: Is there a budget figure set for purchase of supply <br />items? Should supplies be included in the estimate? <br />Response: Supplies should not be included in the estimate of <br />the work involved in the actual centralized filing system <br />reorganization. All supplies will be ordered through the <br />City's purchasing department through the bid process. The <br />contract will be given to the lowest bidder who can meet the <br />specifications of the purchase. <br />We sincerely hope that these responses will be helpful in <br />researching alternatives for this project.
