INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM
JUNE 11, 1985
~~
T0: L. Maxey - Asst. Director of Public Works
B. Jacobs - Water-Wastewater Superintendent
i
~,
FROM: J . Graessner, P.E., (2) Don S. Reich].e & Associates, and (3)
Walsh Engineering, Inc.
I have completed a non-technical review of all proposals and feel that
the proposal submitted by Don S. Reichle & Associates is the most responsive
proposal received. I have attached copies of each proposal for your review.
Please advise me of your decision after you have had an opportunity to
review these proposals in depth.
cc: R.
