".'"J';' .- .. ,-'" cnoo_ <br />Annex, both located on or about 301 East Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, <br /> <br />Harris County, Texas, for a term of forty (40) years from the date <br /> <br />of' execution hereof, unless otherwise cancelled as provided below. <br /> <br />That LESSEE's use of LESSOR's parking facilities shall occur <br /> <br />primarily on: <br /> <br />c. Wednesday Nights from <br /> <br />8:00 <br />5:00 <br />6:00 <br /> <br />a .m. to <br /> <br />a. Sunday Mornings from <br />b. Sunday Nights from <br /> <br />p.m. to <br /> <br />2:00 <br />11:00 <br />11:00 <br /> <br />p.m. ; <br /> <br />p.m. to <br /> <br />p.m.: <br /> <br />p.m..: <br /> <br />d. Such other and further reasonable times, as may be necessary for <br />'LESSEE,' such that LESSEE may conduct special religous services <br />in accordance with LESSEE'S yearly church calendar. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the above, LESSEE's use of LESSOR'S parking facility <br /> <br />shall never interfere with LESSOR's use of said facilities during <br /> <br />normal school hours. <br /> <br />That LESSEE, in consideration of the premises, has paid LESSOR <br /> <br />FORTY & NO/100 ($40.00) DOLLARS, contemporaneous with the execution <br />of this Lease, as rental for the full forty (40) year term. <br /> <br />That nothing contained in this Lease shall ever be construed to <br /> <br />prohibit LESSOR from selling or otherwise encumbering the leased <br /> <br />parking facilities, subject only to this lease. <br /> <br />That this Lease shall be cancellable by either party, without <br /> <br />cause, upon one (1) year prior written notice from the cancelling <br /> <br />party to the non-cancelling party, at the addresses listed above. <br /> <br />Any changes in address by either party shall be reported to the <br /> <br />other party, certified mail, return receipt requested, before becom- <br /> <br />ing effective against said party. <br /> <br />In the event of cancellation <br /> <br />pursuant to this clause, remaining rental shall be rebated from <br /> <br />LESSOR to LESSEE, pro-rata. <br />
