In earlier discussions with Heller the <br />staff had indicated the possibility of providing water for <br />domestic purposes with an estimated delivery of 1,500 gpd. <br />Heller indicated that the estimated capital costs associated <br />with installation of lines was not a prudent fiscal decision <br />for the amount of service received.
