At that time they were <br />investigating options for treatment of their wastes. Since <br />that time Ohmstede has installed their own wastewater <br />treatment facility. The estimated <br />capacity of potable water available and sewer treatment capacity <br />vs. the actual usage and projected growth is included for your <br />review. <br />Related Planning Issues <br />You may also recall two recent projects which when completed would <br />promote (but not complete) the availability of water and sewer to <br />the incorporated area north of SH 225. The two projects are: <br />1. The construction of 750 thousand gallon elevated water <br />tower and associated water mains. (95$ complete) <br />2. The installation of casings under SH 225 to provide for <br />future water and sewer service to the incorporated area <br />North of SH 225 (proposed this fiscal year). <br />
