Herrera <br />Page 4 <br />These projects especially the proposed casings are mentioned <br />because each firm has mentioned the possibility of sharing costs <br />depending on the policy decision made by Council. <br />In preparation for this workshop each department was asked to <br />submit comments regarding the provisions of water and sewer service <br />outside the city limits (beyond current policy guidelines). A <br />partial list of these comments/concerns is attached in the form of <br />a matrix which may be of some value when reviewing the policy with <br />Council. <br />It appears that SH 225 is becoming a service orientated corridor <br />and in the future may no longer be the effective fence or barrier <br />between City and large industry concerns. It is likely that <br />similar service requests will follow. Over time the Council may <br />want to entertain some long range planning for the SH 225 corridor <br />(north side). <br />
