BOX 370 <br />AVENEL, N.J. 07001 <br />(201) 730.9100- <br />TELEX 219952 <br />Referencing our meeting in your office on February 6, 1991, <br />with Mr. Ben Jones and Dave Clark about the City of La Porte <br />providing water and sewer services to the property which is <br />owned by Highway Pipeline Intermodal Services. <br />1. The type of business to be operated at this location would <br />be ISO tank containers and domestic tank trailers. <br />A. Repairs and preparation of the two types of tanks <br />listed above. <br />2. The number of employees at present numbers nineteen (19) <br />to an estimated increase in total employees wouldroximatel <br />approximately twenty-four (24) for a total of app Y <br />forty-three (43). <br />3. Projections on water and sewer services would be approxi- <br />mately twenty (20) gallons per day which is a gallon per <br />day per employee, and industrial useage here would be <br />approximately twenty-five thousand (25,000) gallons per <br />day, five (5) days per week. <br />4. The ultimate estimated sewer and water requirement could <br />increase from ten (10) to fifteen (15) percent. <br />5. The industrial waste treatment would be designed and in- <br />stalled to meet the set requirements as now outlined by <br />the Sewer District of the City of La Porte. <br />
