Using estimated yearly contract for this item would be twenty-nine thou ($29,800.00). reinforced concrete pipe requests were mailed to six - was submitted by Bay quantities, the cost of the asand, eight hundred dollars Low bid meeting specifications on Items 2 thru 4 - Inlet Saddles, Catch Basins and Grates - was submitted by South Houston Concrete Pipe. Using estimated yearly quantities the cost of the contract for these items would be five thousand, one hundred and fourteen dollars and ninety cents ($5,114.90). Staff recommends award of bid for Item #1 - RCP - to Bay Concrete Pipe Products, low bidder meeting specifications. Award of bid for Items 2 thru 4 - Inlet Saddles, Catch Basins and Grates - is recommended for the bid of South Houston Concrete Pipe, low bidder meeting specifications. Funds are available for these items in the FY 91/92 Operating Budget of the Street Maintenance Division.
