This program promulgated by Senate Bill 818 requires The Texas Water Commission to assess the water quality in the State's river basins and recover reasonable cost of administering the program from wastewater permit holders. The attached invoice in the amount of seven thousand three hundred sixteen dollars ( 7,316.00 ) reflects the assessment fee based on our flow and traditional pollutants limits. A further explanation of the assessment fee is attached for your review. This expenditure was not anticipated 1n our FY: 91-92 budget therefore no monies were budgeted. Our present budget in 002-806-807-507 ( professional serVIces) IS S 110,618.00.
