We estimate that you might ask for as many as <br />two supervisory training sessions and seven to ten employee awareness trainings. <br />We will be pleased to provide these annually and as you might request. <br /> <br />. Employee Assistance Program business cards and tri-folds specific to the City of La <br />Porte are included in the proposed cost. <br /> <br />. A listing of facilities and individual preferred providers who have been credentialled <br />by BHI is included within the proposal. <br /> <br />Being aware that the City of La Porte is interested in receiving assistance with all <br />critical incident and crisis intervention episodes, BHI is prepared to work with the City <br />management in providing a critical incident manual and in participating in the resolution <br />of all critical incidents. <br /> <br />We have tried to respond briefly to your request letter and assist you to come to <br />understand the quality of service which can and will be provided by Behavioral Health <br />to the City of La Porte should we be selected by you as your EAP provider.
