Dear Mr. Joerns: In accordance with my prior correspondence, I enclose the Street and Alley Closing Application for the captioned matter together with the required consent and waiver of claims letter relative to this matter which have been executed by Gary L. Reagan on behalf of Highway Transport, Inc. Based upon our recent conversation, it is my understanding that you are checking on the status of the utility letters and will advise me of your findings. It is also my understanding that you will discuss my proposal with Mr. Askins regarding whether the City will accept an indemnity from Highway Transport with respect to all of the property covered by this 'Application and onlY; provide a consent and waiver of claims form without indemnity from the other owners.
