Should this rezoning be granted, the existing General <br />Plan will become invalid. As a result it will be necessary for <br />the developers to: <br /> <br />· Submit a revised Bayou Forest General Plan <br /> <br />· Plat the subject tract either as a Section of Bayou Forest <br />or as a separate subdivision. <br /> <br />Based on the facts and considerations noted above, staff <br />recommends the following actions: <br /> <br />· Planning and Zoning Commission amend the Land Use <br />component of the Comprehensive Plan in the manner <br />illustrated on Exhibit F. <br /> <br />· Vote to recommend City Council approval of Rezoning <br />Request #R94-001, rezoning the tract in question to <br />P.D.D. <br />
