<br />, <br /> <br />e <br />I <br /> <br />E. Public Liability Insurance <br /> <br />Subrecipient shall furnish a certificate of insurance as proof that it has secured and paid <br />for policies of public liability and automobile liability insurance covering all risks <br />incident to or in connection with the execution, perfonnance, attempted perfonnance or <br />nonperfonnance of this contract and agreement. <br /> <br />The amounts of such insurance shall not be less than the maximum liability, which can be <br />imposed on Grantee under the laws of the State of Texas. At present, such amounts shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />Property damage, per occurrence <br /> <br />$100,000 <br /> <br />Bodily injury or death, per person <br /> <br />$100,000 <br /> <br />Bodily injury or death, per occurrence <br /> <br />$300,000 <br /> <br />With the understanding and agreement by Subrecipient that such insurance amounts shall <br />be revised upward at Grantee's option and that Subrecipient shall revise such amounts <br />within thirty (30) days following notice to Subrecipient of such requirements. <br /> <br />Subrecipient also covenants and agrees to furnish the Grantee with a certificate of <br />insurance as proof that it has obtained and paid for a policy of Worker's Compensation <br />Insurance in the amounts required by State law, covering any and all employees of <br />Subrecipient active in the program funded under this contract; and Subrecipient agrees to <br />require its subSubrecipients to carry adequate Worker's Compensation Insurance in the <br />amounts required by State law. <br /> <br />Subrecipient will submit to Grantee documentation that it has obtained insurance <br />coverage and has executed bonds as required in this contract within thirty (30) days of the <br />execution of this contract and prior to payment of any monies hereunder. <br /> <br />F. Grantor Recognition <br /> <br />The Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of the grantor agency in providing <br />services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to <br />this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the <br />Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications <br />made possible With funds made available under this Agreement. <br /> <br />G. Amendments <br /> <br />Grantee or Subrecipient may amend this Agreement at any time provided that such <br />amendmen.ts make specific reference to this Agreement, and are executed in writing, <br />signed by a duly authorized representative of each organization, and approved by the <br /> <br />7 <br />
