SURVEYORS <br /> <br />A Parks Master Plan illustrating the components that are recommended will be <br />prepared. This plan will consider six key elements: <br /> <br />· Short range improvements to meet immediate needs. <br />· Long range improvements to meet population growth and to enhance <br />the parks system. <br />· Opportunities for acquisition of key open space areas, as they <br />become available. <br />· Trail recommendations per the Trails Master Plan <br />· Prioritization of improvements, to fund most critical projects first, with <br />less critical components being incorporated as funding allows. <br />· Program modifications and improvements to address key recreation <br />programming needs. <br /> <br />Rank all recommended improvements based on the criteria approved by the <br />City of La Porte. <br /> <br />Prepare a plan illustrating all recommended improvements. These will be <br />presented in three major categories: <br />· program improvements and additions; <br />· existing park rehabilitation needs; <br />· future land acquisition needs; and <br />· new facility development. <br /> <br />Using prioritization criteria, rank all recommended improvements <br /> <br />Product - ranking of top recommended improvements. <br />Items Provided by City of la Porte- Review and comment as appropriate. <br /> <br />2.5 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (EXPENDITURE ANALYSIS) <br /> <br />This task will consist of three key steps: <br /> <br />· Recommended improvement schedule, <br />· Required funding level estimates, and <br />· Funding source recommendations <br /> <br />Prepare a development schedule for the plan components recommended in <br />Tasks B, C and D. <br /> <br />· Develop a year-by-year funding level analysis to implement the Master Plan. <br />(Expenditure Plan) <br /> <br />La Porte Parks Master Plan/Recovery Action Plan <br />Ham Associates Inc.
